Stabilisator Alfawise U30
thingiverse
I design the Z-Shuttle with a 500mm screw rod to stabilize it. To assemble, you'll need eight washers and eight nuts in addition to this component. The object's presence reduces the torsion of the Z-Shuttle when a 1kg filament roll is placed on top. In my build, I incorporated a 2020-Alu profile border under the Y-Shuttle to mitigate torsional stress caused by heavy objects. For assembly, print all four components separately. On the top side, install an M5 screw that's 10mm longer than the original to secure it in place. To attach the front screw, use an M4 screw paired with a holdback nut. To mount the bottom holder, insert a short M5 screw at the front and an M5 screw on top, similar to the top holder. This is version three of the design, allowing you to utilize the full Z-range of your printer.
