Stabilisation X Disco-Easy
thingiverse
A small pulley to eliminate micro-bounces from belt X on the little Dagoma. It replaces bearings on the right side of carriage X and improves print quality even more. I reinforced the axis with an inox spacer 10mm outer diameter, 4mm external and 3mm internal, which can be found at any large home improvement store among the washers and fasteners. I was able to test the strength of these parts on my helicopter rotor and even in flight, no problem. So on longevity, I have no doubt. It uses no grease so it's clean... I've put the G-code for printing for those who don't have or can't use Cura 2.5 because the print resolution is 0.06 (yes... She goes to little Dago!) in concentric trame 100% fill rate to ensure solidity and cleanliness of teeth (because it remains small, a GT2!) and I used a "chromatik" filament and cyanoacrylate glue to fix the three parts of the pulley. I remain at your disposal for any questions or modifications...
