STAB RIALTO KNIFE WALL HANGER

I modelled this from various screenshots taken from the movie Scream 2, from the opening scene in the Rialto Theatre, the giant animatronic hand from the opening of Stab. Most Scream fans will know what this is. Figured it would make a nice wall hanger design, just add some long black fabric over the end of the arm and position on the wall as you see fit. Obviously you will get more detail if you print in resin, especially the hand texture, however it will be no doubt sturdier in filament. I did not include any holes in the base of the arm just on the off chance people wanted to mount it a certain way, depending on how thick or solid you print it, so you can add your own holes. I have added the rods of how I would assemble it for support, however I wouldn't recommend printing them, just use some steel rods, you can find them cheap on ebay, probably 200mm in length and 5mm thick should do just fine with some glue or filler. Very simple style acylic paint would do the trick, and perhaps some rub n buff for the blade, if you would like a more chrome finish you can possibly go with alclad paints via an airbrush. Size is roughly human hand scale, give or take, but can be made any size if sliced up, since the original was several feet tall.
