This is the ComBadge from the Star Trek - The Next Generation Episode Future Imperfect. There's a single file that's the entire badge, which can be painted or filament swapped to change colors. That version will need supports for a smooth print. Alternatively, there's a two-file version of the top and bottom separately, allowing you to print them in different colors and glue them together. There are holes for 6 x 1.5mm magnets and a back piece if you want to wear it as an actual badge on clothing.
