St. Saviour's Anglican Church in Barkerville, British Columbia, Canada stands tall with its Carpenter Gothic charm, completed between 1868 and 1870. The church is now part of the Barkerville National Historic Site. Memories of family vacations spent exploring Barkerville and the Cariboo linger fondly. Below, JMEG captured this striking image, which can be viewed on Wikipedia. **Print Settings** Printer: Printrbot Printer Model: Simple Black Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: No Resolution: 0.2mm Infill Percentage: 15% The church was printed with ColorFabb's woodFill at a temperature of 195 degrees Celsius. It was scaled up in Cura to 1.2 times its original size. **Designing This Model** The model began life in TinkerCAD, carefully crafted from photos of the actual church. A rough draft, indeed. Several issues arose - most noticeably, the scale of the addition and placement of windows were way off. Additionally, a "face" and window seem to be missing opposite the entrance. Plans are underway to address these flaws and add more defined rooflines in a future revision. This was the first-ever original design attempt in TinkerCAD based on real-life structures, making for a truly rewarding learning experience.
