SSUPD SFF PC Meshlicious Feet with Slim Fan Holes
thingiverse
Honestly, the extra 120mm slim fan (Noctua A12x15) hasn't made much of a difference for my Meshy (AMD Ryzen 5800x and Nvidia GeForce RTX 3060 ti), but maybe it will be useful for you. There are two files. Both should be printed upside down. The files add about 25mm of height before the rubber pads. There's about 9mm of space between the bottom of the fan and the floor/ground/desk/whatever. Fan 1 should be printed with supports. Fan 2 doesn't need supports. In theory, Fan 1 should be easier to replace the fan on the go, since you can slide it out instead of taking the feet completely off. This was designed to be printed on the Ender 3. It is 209mm wide. Both models favor the motherboard side of the case slightly. Though I mirrored mine to favor the GPU. I'm not fully invested in this design/solution, to be honest. So I may or may not improve it/make revisions. Hope it helps you though! Also, though I did create this from scratch, I drew on Nablanos' "ssupd Meshlicious case feet" for inspiration.
