SSUPD Front Fan Extension

Didnt like any of the front extensions available at the time I got my case so I decided to design my own. Full part and cut parts included so you can print depending on your bed size. If I could've, I would've done a one piece print but had to split it into two for my CR-10S. Be aware, the dovetail connection for the split parts is slighty under-sized. I chose to do this so I could fuse the two prints together with epoxy between the gaps in the dovetail. I orignally designed it as a friction fit but the dovetail kept snapping after inserting approx half way and the friction forces were too large. But, as always I included the original solidwork files so you can tweak them to your hearts desire. This print does require some supports due to the fan cable cavity I designed into the inside wall. The only part of this assembly that isn't my own are the clips for attaching the front panel. Those were already designed very well on Thingiverse so I didnt want to reinvent the wheel there. (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5085478) Also, due to the dimensions of the mouting protrusions, the ball at the end of the protusions can and will break off if you are careful. STRAIGHT IN AND OUT INSERTION WHEN MOUNTING, ANY SIDE TO SIDE AND THE BALL WILL SNAP OFF. (This is for PLA, other materials might have better results) Lastly, I used some 3M VHB tape to make sure it wont come off when handling/carrying the PC. Mine is secured super well, so well that I feel comfortable picking up my PC with my hand and force applied to the extension itself and not the actual case, if that makes sense. Enjoy!
