I created a cover for several SSR25 style Solid State Relays in just 35 minutes, using FreeCAD and a 3D printer. First, I spent 20 minutes designing the cover in FreeCAD, then I printed it out in just 15 minutes. Update: After reviewing my work, I tightened up the tolerances and corrected the screw hole position to ensure a perfect fit. Here are the print settings I used: Printer: FB2020 Rafts: Not required Supports: None needed Resolution: 0.28mm Infill: 20%
