SSR DIN Clip

One of the most common heat sinks for SSR modules fits snugly onto a DIN rail, but only loosely without any means to tighten it securely. To address this issue, I added a wedge to each rail clip, filling the gap on either side and firmly securing the heat sink to the rail. To accomplish this, place a clip on either side of the heat sink with the wedges facing towards the heat sink. While holding all three pieces in place, secure the clips using an M3 screw measuring 6mm to 10mm in length. The OpenSCAD source file used for this design is included below.
