I design and build my own SSR-housing using a 30x30 Extrusionprofile base plate that I fabricated with a 250V Power Supply. The base plate itself is made of 6mm thick aluminum, providing a solid foundation for the housing. My Bill of Materials (BOM) includes: 2 x M5 x 16mm Allen screws 4 x M3 x 12mm Allen screws for strain relief 4 x M4 x 16mm Allen head countersunk head screws 2 x Hammer Head Nut M5 Slot 8 2 x washers for M5 I also use: 2 x M3 x 10mm Allen head countersunk head screws 2 x nuts M3 The following components are necessary for the SSR housing: 1 x SSR-10A-DC-AC Solid-state Relay (available at robotdigg.com) 1 x power supply connection (available on ebay.de) 1 x fuse, 5 x 20mm, 250V, M 6.3A Various cable lugs
