SSQy CANON Nano Biscotte Chassis
thingiverse
Holding a nano biscotte with the SDCard slot facing downwards towards the speaker, I carefully position it. The speaker measures 23.5mm in size. Given the limited space constraints, the recharge port is angled on one side. There's no available room within the chassis for the battery to be integrated; however, I could have extended it to accommodate it after the nano soundboard. To maintain flexibility, I chose not to include the battery as part of the chassis so that it can easily be swapped out later. I utilize a JST connector type for the battery, allowing it to be inserted first and then slide up until just before the switch is triggered. Around the 18650 battery, some Velcro is applied to prevent movement. This enables the chassis to be slid out, followed by the removal of the battery to facilitate swapping.
