This small PCB breaks out SSOP-08 packages to facilitate usage of SMD devices like PCA9306 I2C level shifter on breadboards and strip boards. EagleCAD can be used to load and print the design, or download a 10-way PNG file for printing at 600dpi. Employ your preferred PCB transfer and manufacturing process, such as photo-resistive board with UV exposure, development, etching, and stripping. Drill eight holes for bin headers, place the SSOP-8 package on the board and solder it in position using solder paste and hot air reflow tool. Lastly, inspect for shorts or bridges electrically with a multi-meter and visually with a magnifier.
