This radiator & shroud covers up the servo on the SSD Trail King. The radiator has grooves in both the top and bottom, allowing zip ties to be easily slid into place here for that authentic radiator look. I used small zip ties that measured 2.5mm wide by 0.9mm thick. It attaches to the chassis rails using the servo mount holes, requiring two 10mm screws to account for extra thickness. A hole is provided on the driver side (US) of the cover for the servo wire, but not all servos have their wires in the same spot, so you may need to drill your own hole or make adjustments to fit your specific servo. This looks best when paired with the 25mm engine spacer from SSD; otherwise, it might be a bit too high even with the stock and 13mm location. I used an 18 awg wire for the overflow pipe, stripping the ends so that the wire portion could slide into the radiator cap and overflow lid (and glue them). The overflow tank is glued in place on the side of the shroud; I filled mine with simple green, but some folks use actual coolant for a more authentic color. The lid was then glued on to ensure it's watertight. I used a vacuum hose from a car as the upper rad hose, which has an inner diameter of 4mm and an outer diameter of 7.75mm.
