SSD Mount 2.5" to 3.5" adapter
thingiverse
Here's a simple and quick-to-print SSD mount solution that I've created since I couldn't find one online. To address the issue of fixing holes spacing on 2.5" drives being different from 3.5" drives, I designed this mount with adjustable hole spacing. The holes are all 3mm in diameter, which allows the 2.5" drive screws to easily pass through and reach the drive. At the same time, the larger 3.5" drive screw should self-tap into the outer holes without any issues. The design of this mount is slim at just 2.5mm thick, but as SSDs are incredibly light, this thickness seems more than sufficient to support their weight. As for printing settings, they're not too critical, but I've found that a good starting point would be three shells (1.2) with a layer height of 0.2mm. This should produce a decent quality print that meets your needs.
