I discovered a way to obtain Super Smash Bros Melee trophy models from this website: https://www.models-resource.com/gamecube/ssbm/. After making numerous minute adjustments to the original model - because it seems Nintendo didn't design their models with 3D printability in mind, I was finally able to get my 3D printer to accept it without major complaints. Although some minor issues remain, they are largely internal and should not affect the appearance of the actual printed item.
