SS-Pole Water fognet
grabcad
This stainless steel water fog net avoids contamination due to plastic parts containing phthalates and bisphenol. It also eliminates the need for spare parts and maintenance, resulting in a potentially long-lasting design. The water path is integrated into an extendable pole, with collected drops falling into a tank and draining naturally through the pole, leading to a funnel and exiting via a collecting pipe. Users only need to handle the faucet to draw water from the "pole-tank." The assembly includes a lowest section, a collecting section, an intermediate section, one or several support grid sections, and a cover. Each section can be easily screwed together for better handling and cheaper transportation. The lowest section consists of one plate, one tube, three gussets, and one nipple (welded). The collector includes one coupling, one tube, one nipple (welded), one collecting pipe, one nipple (welded) + one faucet, one removable funnel, and one hosepipe. The intermediate section contains one coupling, one tube, and one nipple (welded). The support grid section includes one coupling, one tube, one nipple (welded), one collecting pipe, two clamps, two arms, four stud bolts, seven grids (±1.25 m²), one tank, 28 spacers, eight bolts for arm fitting, and twelve nuts. The assembly also features a cover. Laurent from France began this project two days ago and hopes to improve the grids by extending them or creating foldable parts. He apologizes for his English and wishes you to enjoy the idea.
