SRW-S1 mount for 70mm adapter
thingiverse
This is my version of the SRW-S1 mount, compatible with any 70mm adapter, such as this one for the T300. I designed it using OnShape, basing my design on similar designs like https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2630578. You will need a single M4 bolt (I used an Allen wrench bolt with a washer) to secure the 70mm adapter to the SRW-S1. Six additional M4s are required to mount the 70mm adapter, which fits snugly but demands precise calibration from your printer. The holes are intentionally tight to ensure proper transmission of FFB, and I had to drill through the plastic to accommodate the bolts. The mount is somewhat wobbly against the SRW-S1 due to its slimmed design, but I recommend gluing the adapter to the SRW-S1 for a tighter fit. I used simple superglue (cyanoacrylate), though epoxy glue may also work. Note that the backside of the SRW-S1 is painted with a rubbery paint that could interfere with some adhesives, but I've encountered no issues so far. To ensure clean holes on the SRW-S1 side, print the 70mm adapter facing downwards. I drew inspiration from these two prints: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2867209 and https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2711721. However, I felt that the Thrustmaster design was too cluttered, so I created my own version. I wanted to acknowledge their contribution in helping me develop my design. If you want to enable lights on your SRW for use with most sim-games, check out FanaLeds, a free program that allows them to work and become programmable if desired.
