SRT P1 Brake hydraulic mount - stronger

<p>I had trouble with the original mount for the hydraulic reservoir breaking when braking!</p> <p>This mount requires longer bolts to mount it but I've put it through a lot of abuse including after I upgraded the sensor to a 1000psi version after maxing out the 500psi one with my ideal braking force. I've used it for months without any further problems of the print cracking.</p> <p>Best to print with 4 walls (perimeters) or more and around 40% infill or more, I used Prusaslicer with a gyroid infill pattern.</p> <p><em>Edit</em> After several months I had the mount fracture with a vertical layer separation in line with the anterior bolts. Version 2 integrates 4x M5 40mm countersunk bolts in the base for adding strength. Print with 4 peripheral walls and 50% infill.</p> Category: Hobby
