SR suntour lock-out lever adapter to use with shimano I-spec 2 brake lever. The ebay listing for the lock-out lever used can be found here: https://goo.gl/32hKjL You will also need an m3 10mm allen bolt and an m3 nut. I am using it with a dt-Swiss OPM fork, and works good. In theory it can be used with most brands forks. I printed it with supports and 0.14 layer height at 80% and is SOLID. 1000+ miles without any problem. Also attached the solidworks file in case you want to modify anything
