Squishy Wallet V2
thingiverse
After using my original design for about a week, I realized it was time to give it a major overhaul. So, I reduced its thickness from 25 mm to an impressive 17 mm. This sleek new look was achieved by switching to an arc pattern from the previous zig-zag design. Additionally, I added more fillets to ensure a snug pocket fit. Originally designed to hold 10 cards, my testing revealed that it actually works beautifully with 9-12 cards. To accommodate varying card collections, I made the money section slightly more flexible. If you'd like a custom design for a different number of cards, just comment and let me know. Print Settings Printer: Flashforge Creator X Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.20 mm Infill: 15% Notes: To print successfully, orient the model vertically to avoid any support issues. For optimal results, use TPU-based filaments like Ninjaflex exclusively. I personally used Sainsmart TPU. STL units are measured in millimeters.
