Use this after doing CHEP'S bed leveling techniques. defiantly do chips way of sliding your finger over the lines to see if its stuck to the bed. if loose the gap is to big and the bed its too far away, if flat its the opposite and too close. I run pla for this test. glass bed @ 60º and first layer at 230º (this is only a 1 layer test). one you get a baseline established from above, set this to the center of your bed and run this.. if you have loose lines like a harp strings you're still too far away... if your lines are almost transparent then you are too close. simple micro adjustments to the bed leveling knobs will get you done. I've found it best to let the entire circle print then observe what corner knobs you'll think you need to adjust. typically you'll run this about 4 consecutive times but your end result will be worth it.
