I created a lit base for my Bulbasaur model. I printed it out with Taulman T-Glase, but any clear filament would work just as well. I scaled up the original design 150%, which is crucial or the feet and tail won't line up with the light openings. The lights are tiny 5mm LEDs connected in parallel to a 3-volt AA battery pack. I used M3 screws and nuts for assembly, but the nuts may need some glue to stay put in their bracket. That nut bracket gets glued into the channels of the base, which guide its placement so the bottom plate screw holes will line up perfectly. To keep it steady, I added some rubber feet that also lift it off the screws. Bulbasaur and Charmander bases are currently in production and should be uploaded soon.
