I use a Makerbot Replicator 1 Dual printer to print the mold in .25mm layer height, two shells with 10% infill in PLA material. The casting process is facilitated by using Oogoo, which can be found at this recipe: http://www.instructables.com/id/How-To-Make-Your-Own-Sugru-Substitute/. The Oogoo sets within a timeframe of less than ten minutes, making mold printing an excellent way to quickly build a large army. Additionally, adding a few drops of essential oil to the mixture enables your object to smell like that instead of vinegar after just a few days.
