Squirrel Squabble is a 2-player print-and-play board game created by Rebecca Bissell that challenges two players to collect five acorns and return home, while navigating obstacles like mud pits and bulldogs. Players can engage in intense squabbles with their opponents to steal their acorns. This enhanced edition of the game features original 3D printable elements, including instructions for printing and cutting Action Cards into separate cards for each player. The rules are included in PDF form and recommend booklet printing and cutting the Action Cards into individual cards for a more immersive experience. The game can be played with the following steps: 1. Print 10 copies of SSAcorns.stl in a neutral color. 2. Print SSTiles.stl in a neutral color and glue the tops and bottoms of the tiles together to create seven tiles. 3. Print Squirrel1Base.stl and Squirrel2Base.stl in different colors. 4. Print two copies of SSTileHome.stl, one in each squirrel color. 5. Print SSCoins.stl twice, once in each squirrel color or print individual coins (if using a slicer that doesn't do spurs, consider scaling up 2x). Optional enhancements include printing the tiles and coins with filament changes at specific points to add visual interest. For example, change filament when printing SStiles.stl at over 0.5mm from a darker color to a lighter color for mud, or change filament on SSTileHome.stl at 4.5mm or higher from a neutral color to the squirrel's color. For players who prefer a physical rulebook, print SquirrelSquabble3DRulesBooklet.pdf double-sided on a single piece of paper and follow these steps: 1. Print the booklet. 2. Cut the paper in half the long way. 3. Fold the top page (pages 1/2 and 5/6) in half with pages 1 and 6 on the outside. 4. Place the bottom half of the page inside, making sure the 3/4 page between pages 2 and 5 is visible. 5. Staple the booklet together. 6. Cut the edges to make it even and separate the cards. To play, cut out the Action Cards and use them in the game.
