Squid plug

I created a squid-shaped plug, but it was a real struggle to print. The tentacles were too organic in shape, making them fragile and prone to breaking apart. Sometimes the supports would come loose from the printer's heatbed during printing. I tried printing both versions of the file, scaling down one version to make it larger. However, every time I attempted to remove the supports after printing, a leg or two would break off, forcing me to reattach them. This print was an extremely challenging project, even for those with more experience in 3D printing. As a beginner, I'm eager to learn from others and hear any tips that could make this print easier.
