Squashed frog replacement for repraps: parametric , printable

This big "vitamin" in my reprap needed replacing, so I designed a 3-part printable version for the squashed frog under the Y axis platform. It must be mechanically resistant, fast to print, and made of more than one part, fitting maximum print size. The parts have rounded inner holes for strength and minimal plastic use. Assembled with 4 nuts and bolts, it's easy to build and functions well. Testing on heated build platforms is pending, but printed bushings are expected to hold up. Use the OpenSCAD file to adjust parameters specific to your machine; crucial changes include platform mount distances, smooth rod distance, and measurements for bolted bushings and belt clamps. Print two identical sides and a center element before assembly with nuts and bolts.
