I saw this design and thought it was a good idea, not sure where the original one came from as there were many versions floating around. However, when I printed it out, I realized that there were a few flaws I didn't like, so I made some adjustments to the design. Firstly, I made the mount plate thicker. The original broke coming off the printer, and I thought this change would prevent that from happening again. Then, I made the ball tensioner item - which looked like a flower - more rigid. This change allowed me to hold the ball firmly in place, even if I lifted or moved the printer. If you get stuck, you might need water or soapy water to help it go in. I managed to do it without water, but I think it would have helped. Lastly, I made it two pieces so that it's height adjustable. It makes sense to me that legs should be adjustable, as tables and floors can be uneven. Since it was two pieces, I had to make it fit tightly together for structural integrity. You'll need less than half a millimeter of difference between the two parts. To get them to fit properly, you should wear it in with a few dozen twists on and off. I added a longer version for anyone who wants to put legs on the middle rail of their Creality CR-10 or Tornado. I didn't do that myself, but some people did, so I made this adjustable as well.
