I combined two sets of feet for my CR-10s project, utilizing a claw bit to secure the ball and redesigning the base. This design accommodates 45mm squash balls, which are known as Dunlop INTRO squash balls. I selected these balls due to their bouncier characteristics, resulting in enhanced dampening properties. I sourced them from Amazon UK; here is the link: DUNLOP Intro Pack of 3 balls https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B00J04SP36/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_wDoQDb8B88VTQ. No additional hardware is required – simply place the balls under your existing feet and insert a ball. When the printer is loaded or unloaded, it may wobble slightly; however, it remains stable during printing due to the effector's weight not being sufficient to move the machine. Initially, I printed with PLA since an enclosure was not yet available. Future prints will be done in ABS. The claw bit is not perfectly round due to the difficulties encountered while resizing it to 45mm. Despite this, its functionality remains unaffected.
