Squarebody C10 K5 Suburban Kick Panel Component Speaker
thingiverse
Used a revopoint 3d scanner to scan the kick panels on my squarebody suburban. Wanted to make some custom mounts for some component speakers I have to go in my truck. I'll be happy to upload the scan if someone requests it. here are the complete kick panels, as well as sliced into 3 smaller sections to print on my anet printer. I purposefully left out the mounting holes as I was exploring different mounting ideas. For now, I just heated up a metal tool of sorts to poke my holes through the Carbon Fiber PLA I'm using. For the section of 3 that I printed, I just used some two part epoxy to glue the panels together to make the complete kick panel and it turned out great and doesn't seem like there's going to be any issues there. I did only scan the left side, then just mirrored for the right. I assume the right will work just fine, but I've only finished the left side. Right side will be done in a few days.
