Loved the design made by ChocoKitty, so I remixed it to fit the wider lightning port mag stripe reader as well as the headphone version. I printed the base holder in PLA for the card reader at 100% and then the top lid for the case in PLA at 99% to get a tight friction fit. 100% and 100% on my printer (ender pro 3) was too sloppy and wouldn't stay together. 100% base and 98% top was too tight and caused me to break the 98% top during removal. Your mileage may vary, but hopefully that helps you determine how best to proceed.
