This RC aircraft features a durable aluminum frame with 3/4 inch square tubing and ABS support pieces. The Multiwii platform is utilized, as demonstrated in videos (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7DHoLYf5pMA). For assembly, follow the instructions provided on the Multiwii website and notch 2ft length square tubing for extra strength. Mount outrunners with mount.stl and secure housing_base.stl and housing_top.stl using M3 bolts. Connect RX module to flight controller board via servo leads, and mount battery holder and foot.stl pairs onto the square tubing. Zip tie antenna, add colored tape for direction, and mount battery with Velcro straps. Calibrate speed controllers and adjust PID values as needed. The copter has a 10+ minute flight time with a 4.0 Ah battery. For FPV installation, use camera_mount.stl, camera_pivot.stl, and tx_mount.stl, mounting the sony board camera and video transmitter accordingly.
