Square Tube Roller for linear motion

Square Tube Roller for linear motion

This part is designed for smooth linear movement in light-duty CNC machines or printers. Inspired by an online method, it mounts 608 bearings to a 45-degree angled aluminum tube, allowing the square tube to roll on top. Alternatively, angle iron laid on its hypotenuse can be used. The design features mounting holes for attaching items on top. Prior to printing, a heated build platform is required (not yet available). This is my first attempt; feedback is welcome. Images show the aluminum version. Printing offers precise hole placement and a flat surface with mounting holes. To assemble, attach 3 bearings using 8mm bolts and nuts, ensuring the nut-bearing spacing. An STL file includes bearings for better assembly visualization, but bolt length remains untested.
