This project involves my Baby-Huey large format 3D printer, as seen on http://nerdipedia.com/tiki-index.php?page=huey. It features a plug designed for a square tube with an inside dimension of 22mm (equivalent to a 25.4mm outer diameter and 1.2mm wall thickness) that expands and jams into the tube's end. The nut used is M8, and the part was printed using ABS at .4mm with 90% fill.
