I designed the Project Square Tube Connector. I created these connectors for my project, which relies heavily on "Square Tube" components, specifically the 20x20mm size. I will continue to develop more as needed. Occasionally, parts break due to faulty settings. To address this issue, I'm optimizing my setup. Below are my PLA specifications: RepRap Filament Black 1.75 1000g (barcode: 8719345005572) is a high-quality filament that can be purchased at RepRapWorld. I utilize Cura 3.0.4 with the standard profile, which includes the following settings for PLA: * Draft Quality: 0.15 However, I've modified these settings to achieve better results: * Wall Thickness: 2.0 mm * Top/Bottom Thickness: 0.8 mm * Infill Density: 30% * Printing Temperature: 205 C * Build Plate temperature: 55 C * Flow: 108 Additionally, I've enabled support generation with the following settings: * Generate Support: Yes * Support Placement: Everywhere For build plate adhesion, I prefer the skirt method due to the filament's slow startup time. This connector is based on the Anet A8 Standard.
