Square Rail Linear Ball Bearing

##Precision Rail Linear Ball Bearing This is a 3D printed precision rail linear ball bearing that utilizes standard .177 cal BB's. It has screws on the carriage for adjusting the bearing preload. The rail is 200mm long in total and there are four M3 mounting holes on the rail every 60mm. One can assume that multiple rails could be mounted end to end for longer travels. The carriage features four M3 nut traps and four holes for M3 heat-set thread inserts. I also designed some stops that fit into a mounting hole on the rail to retain the bearing on the rail, keeping the balls from falling out. ##Required Materials - .177 cal BB's (40x) - M3 SHCS X 10mm long (4x) - M3 SHCS x 16mm long (2x) - M3 Nut (6x) ##Assembly Instructions First install the preload screws and nuts before assembly but do not tighten the screws yet. Next, slide the carriage on the rail and place it upside down, installing 20 BB's and the cap. Then repeat the process on the other side. Video Link: https://youtu.be/ajF8w016_Eg
