Square Pixel Seating Jig for Boscoyo Strips
thingiverse
This jig enables swift seating of square type pixels in a boscoyo strip. View the video tutorial for guidance: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YMnP4Oy9I24. It's recommended to print this jig at .3mm layer thickness with 50% infill for added strength. I successfully printed mine using ABS, but PLA could be a suitable material alternative as well. Once you master the process, it takes approximately 12:30 minutes to seat 60 pixels and complete a four-wire tie splice connecting two strips together. This translates to nearly five strips per hour at a leisurely pace.
