4U Server Rack. Designed for use with 10in or 19in equipment, but be aware of the weight when reaching 19in. Built in multiple parts and assembled using m2 screws and nuts. The rails feature snap-in captive nuts, allowing for customization through a "new faceplate" that can accommodate any hole, square, or mounting hole desired. My plan is to hang this rack from the ceiling in my closet, but it should also be able to be mounted vertically. I intend to install an 8port Netgear switch, a DIY 18650 UPS, a patch panel, and a POE Extender/splitter. The 4U Braces are surprisingly strong. 5/28/20 Finalized design for GS308/GS308E shelf. The bolts I had were too large in diameter, so the switch hits the bottom front corner bolts. However, I plan to use some 3M double-sided tape to secure it down, and adding two extra layers solved the problem. The GS308 shelf can be used as a generic shelf as well.
