This keychain is inspired by a Square-Hexagon hinged dissection displayed at: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hinged_dissection. You can adjust these files, which are .scad, using Customizer to generate necessary conversions for .stl and .x3d as needed. This design is currently incomplete - I have attempted two distinct hinge styles without achieving a suitable result. The stable version dissection.cone-hinges.scad was created in May 2015 but not revisited since then. For anyone looking to refine this concept, it's suggested that you examine the Hinged Triangle-Square and apply their hinge design to achieve better outcomes.
