Square & Hex ER32 collet set

I created these ER32 collets for holding square high speed steel (HSS) lathe tools in an ER32 workhead for my tool and cutter grinder. They are designed to perform well under normal use conditions without being subjected to excessive stress or high speeds. The included metric and imperial HSS tool sizes cover the common diameters I typically need, allowing me to efficiently change tools on my machine. Additionally, I've provided a "blank" 16 compression slot collet that can be customized to accommodate any size or shape of hole you prefer for making a custom collet. I have also created a set of hex collets with 12 compression slots instead of the standard 16, enabling them to securely grip hexagonal tools on their flat sides and corners. A corresponding "blank" 12 slot collet is included for customization purposes. Please note that these collets are not intended for use in high-stress applications like milling or holding workpieces in a lathe. When using tools correctly, they should not be excessively hot to handle, making them suitable for plastic collets in my designed application.
