Frame measurement: 14" (35.7 cm) square after gluing the 4 parts together. The cutout fits art prints with total measurements of 13" (33.2 cm) square, a 5 mm thick foam core, and a 0.020" (0.508 mm) thick acrylic sheet. I used Loctite Epoxy Instant-Mix to glue the parts together and Elmer's Carpenter's Color Change Wood Filler to fill in holes and seams. I used small C-Clamps to hold the pieces together. This is one of the frame models featured in the gallery wall article of Altered Rooms magazine. The video below shows how to make cuts of objects too large to fit on your print bed.
