The square filter holder for 4x4" (100x100mm) is designed to fit 114mm or 100mm front OD-outside diameter- lenses. (These dimensions also mostly match the dimensions of our previously shared cinematic lens rehousing). During the design process, I tried to minimize each assembly part to create a simple, lightweight, and easy-to-assemble rectangular filter holder. And I thought it was inconvenient to attach and detach it by rotating it on the front screw thread, so I wanted to make it a stable mounting method that wraps around the outside of the front of the lens. It is designed to be compatible with the filter holder part of the light & mini matte box introduced in the previous video. Optionally upgrade the mini matte box by replacing only the part that fixes the matte box to the lens or the filter holder part.
