SQ11 camera (to Tello drone and generic) adjustable mount
thingiverse
I wanted a mount that could pivot up and down for my Tello drone. The existing models here would slip whenever I had abrupt movement. I used a different style pivot mechanism to maximize surface contact when it's in place. I used a #6-32 x 1/2" screw and nut as the fastener. There are holes on one side to lock the camera in place. I just use a piece of twist tie from a bread bag because it's easy to remove. You could use a paper clip too, I guess. I included the Tello mount, but also a STEP file of the same part without the Tello clip part so you can customize it for your own needs. I printed the clip part in PETG so it could flex a little when installing it on the drone as it clips on top using a squeeze fit to hold it in place. Here's a video of the tilting action: https://youtu.be/-LPJYJEX1IM Just loosen the screw, adjust it to the angle you want, then tighten the screw. Update May 15, 2020 8:11 pm - I trimmed little edges off Tello clip to make printing easier with less support required.
