It works for TM31, TM5 and TM6. THERMOMIX is a registered trademark from Vorwerk. You can also buy an original Spätzlemixer which is made from sheetmetal and works great ;-) . Print this one and test the functionality and also the Spätzle and you will be flashed... and then buy the original Spätzlemixer from Vorwerk ;-) My dough was made from: 280gr flour 3 eggs (better use four or five) 100ml water half of a little spoon of salt Watertemperature 90°Celsius Machine-rotation counterclockwise, level 1 or two Push the Sieb-part into the topcover of the Thermomix and put in also the Zufueher-part. Fill the dough into the Zufuehrer and turn it clockwise.
