Here's a model made from kit bashing and modeling a ship with the help of Maxromash. It is the German Spähkrüzer design 1938/1939. I combined the torpedo armament and scout plane options. The Kriegsmarine in 1939 had implemented Plan Z, which included building 16 ships like this one to boost their fleet's capabilities. Construction began on the first ship, and engines were ordered for the initial three vessels.
