The SpzKfz 10, or Special Motor Vehicle in Imperial military parlance, is a ubiquitous sight on any Imperial ground operation. The Landgaenger is an incredibly versatile vehicle with multiple variants. Alongside the standard version showcased here, there's a supply variant, medic variant, fire-support variant, and numerous others. The Landgaenger boasts adequate armor and boasts high cross-country capability. It can either be equipped with a multi-fuel engine for operations on distant or unpopulated worlds or a fuel cell powered engine where supply lines are of no concern. Even the standard version comes equipped with a range of weapons mounted on its roof-mounted weapons station. With just a few attachments and about 2-3 hours' work, the SpzKfz 10 can be modified to incorporate a set of water jets that enable the amphibious vehicle to traverse waterways at speeds of around 8-10 knots. The Landgaenger's development stems from a conceptual exercise - during preparation for a RPG campaign centered around an explorer theme, I needed a straightforward ground vehicle that carried a "anime-inspired" aesthetic. As sketches took shape, an idea emerged: what if combining a WW2 German halftrack or armored car with modern-day Humvee characteristics yielded a fascinating result? That thought culminated in the SpzKfz 10's distinctive appearance. I'm pleased to share this design and encourage users to enjoy experimenting with its versatility.
