SPYKES......RIDE ON ICE

Reviewing my ideas a bit, I realized that some people not always are in  summer, some have other stations and others most of the time are in winter. For those who always are in winter, or  like to mount under snow, this add-on is perfect for your bike. With it you can go out and enjoy a good ride without worrying for the slippery are the roads, or formations of ice or snow that you find. SPYKES design is easy to use and install, since all that is needed is a few screws, place the back cover, adjust it to your tire cover and secure it with two zip ties. SPYKES boxed perfectly in 58mm wheels, but it is a scalable design, and that can be adjusted in a very easy way to any wheel. To scale only need your favorite CAD program. To adjust it to fit your tire there is a technique that is used commonly by  Team Unlimbited - e-NABLE Arm and that easily can be applied in this case (see the following link for a better explanation https://youtu.be/hbbcIcnHv2w). This technique consists in submerging in hot water the piece printed for a few seconds, so this is softened a bit, then remove it and place it on the rim, and mold its shape for a better fit, and then let cool for  harden again. For this reason, it is recommended to use PLA filament, and 45% infill (honeycomb if avalible) Enjoy!!!!!!
