Replaces the original hopper adapter, and allows use of generic hoppers, also lowers the height. One piece press fits into the other, after installing the screws. Unfortunately removal is difficult to to screws being hidden after installation, therefore will have to be broken if need to be removed. However, fortunately there shouldnt be much need to remove, unless it breaks, which then makes it easy to remove.. :-)
