Spur Gear Generator with Fusion 360 (使用Fusion 360的正齒輪產生器)

A Simple Spur Gear Generator Using Fusion 360 Parameters I recently created a simple spur gear generator using Fusion 360's "Parameters" function. This was my first time utilizing parameters in Fusion 360, and I learned all the necessary steps from a video by Chaos Core Tech. The tutorial is excellent and worth your time if you're interested. The gear generator has a bug that occurs when the base circle is smaller than the root circle, typically when the number of teeth or pressure angle is relatively large. When this happens, the fillet at the root corner doesn't behave as expected. I'm still working on solving this problem and will update the generator once I find a better approach. The tutorial is easy to follow, and if you're interested, it's worth watching. However, the generator currently has an issue. When the base circle is smaller than the root circle, the fillet at the root corner looks different from what you expect. This usually occurs when the number of teeth or pressure angle is large. I'm still trying to figure out how to fix this problem, and if there are any updates, I'll post them in the generator's file.
