Spur 2 64mm Schwelle Betonschwelle / Gauge 2 64mm Concrete Sleeper

-------- Ich brauchte schnell ein kurzes Stück Gleis in Spur 2 für Spurweite 64mm, ohne aber etwas Druckbares zu finden. Das Konstrukt der Schienenstühlchen aus Thingiverse 4627528 für 45mm Gleis fand ich ganz gut und habe zu der dort veröffentlichten Gleisklammer_V8 einfache Schwellen für Regelspur konstruiert. Da die Gleisklammern für das LGB Profil 332 ausgelegt sind, habe ich die resultierende Höhe der Schienen an die Höhe bei LGB angepasst. Die Breite von 115,5mm entspricht im Maßstab 1:22,5 den 2600mm Schwellen der DB, Die einfache, rechteckige Konstruktion würde eher einer Holzschwelle entsprechen aber da ich kein Dunkelbraun zur Hand hatte druckte ich sie in Grau und bezeichne sie als Betonschwellen. Die Schienenstühlchen halten sicher ohne Verklebung in den Ausschnitten der Schwellen. Zur Vervollständigung wird eine entsprechende Länge Schienenprofil Code 332 (z.B. LGB) benötigt. Update 2023-05-27: Kanten der Oberseite etwas stärker gerundet. Update 2023-0530: Leider musste ich feststellen, dass die Schienenstühlchen aus Thingiverse 4627528 einen Versatz von 0,1mm haben, der sich auf Abweichungen der Schienen von 0.2mm addieren kann. Auch wenn sich das in der Praxis nicht auswirkt, habe ich die Teile nachkonstruiert, den Versatz korrigiert und bei dieser Gelegenheit die angedeuteten Gleisnägel etwas verkleinert. -------- I needed a short piece of track in gauge 2 for standard gauge 64mm quickly, but without finding anything printable. I found the construct of the rail chairs from Thingiverse 4627528 for 45mm track quite good and constructed simple sleepers for standard gauge to the Gleisklammer_V8 published there. Since the track clamps are designed for the LGB profile 332, I have adapted the resulting height of the rails to the height at LGB. The simple rectangular construction would rather correspond to a wooden sleeper but since I had no dark brown at hand I printed them in gray and call them concrete sleepers. Update 2023-05-27: Edges of the upper side somewhat more rounded. Update 2023-0530: Unfortunately, I had to realize that the rail chairs from Thingiverse 4627528 have an offset of 0.1mm, which can add up to deviations of the rails of 0.2mm. Even if this does not affect in practice, I have redesigned the parts, corrected the offset and reduced the indicated track nails somewhat on this occasion. --------
