I discovered that this glass sprout was completely unsatisfying. I ended up using the lid from @dasbiehl's ingenious design (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3616130/files). You can easily use this holder for 80mm glasses, and it has small feet to let water flow through freely. Simply place a small plate underneath or position it in an area where spills won't be a problem. Enjoy!
